The cause is mechanical: the surname adds a block of identical letters to both sides, so the fold cancels a large number of matched characters and the shared-letters reading rates very highly. It is measuring the family name, not the family.

Because a percentage with romantic labels attached to two siblings reads badly, and there is no reason to publish it. The bands here are written for brothers and sisters from the start.
